Work from anywhere in the world with a VIrtual One-on-One session. On the go, or in your home, I will create a personalized workout wherever you are. On apparatus or the mat, I will help you create a boutique studio experience all your own.

Workouts will be able to address autoimmune support, osteoporosis, athletic conditioning, back pain, pre and post op recovery, as well as overall fitness.
